Technology-integrated Learning

More teachers have been integrating technology into education throughout the years, and there’s a great reason for that. It keeps the students attentive to the subject at hand because it’s interactive and fun, and not to mention that students learn and understand more easily and efficiently when they get to have hands-on experience! My English class was assigned to created videos of a skit depicting a real life situation while incorporating quotes from The Crucible. It was a fresh and exciting way to get involved and to critically think of how the quote could and is meant to be used in a given situation through a new way that wasn’t by writing a five paragraph essay in MLA format. I enjoyed every second of brainstorming, filming, and watching the videos throughout class. Fresh ideas like this is what keeps me interested in the subjects I originally enjoy!
